After I've made the reservation i called the hotel and reserved room on upper floor with river view. I was using this place many times and i knew that that view is amazing, and i always was doing this reservation. When i arrived they gave me room on 6th floor looking to the different side. Staff confirmed that my arrangement is on the system but i still didn’t get my upper floor room. They didn't even offer any compromise. The second moment for your consideration, if you have large size SUV (Suburban, Yukon, Escalate, Navigator) or a pick up truck you have to use public parking 2 blocks away. If spot is available great, but if busy you might be in trouble. Myself, when i was trying to park in the middle of the day, i spent 40min looking for the spot

The property itself, the staff and especially the assistant manager Sarvesh were all superior. There's a lot of construction going on around the property which majes it noisy. We wish there were a lot more fine dining restaurants around but well you can't have it all.
