"The location was great! Convenient for us to visit the Museum of Nature and the Rideau Mall, etc. We stayed on a Friday and a Saturday night. There was partying in other rooms. Had to sleep with airplugs. The shower contained two shower gels and one conditioner, no shampoo. A few minor issues. "

"Although we didnt bring our kids, it was nice to see the pool have toys and such for them. We are also hoping the glass is one way glass as there was a wedding going on while we were in the pool lol. Rooms were great. Parking is nice but pricey. Really wish there was a normal continental breakfast within the hotel as breakfast was incredibly expensive for stuff that is at every other hotel. 80 bucks for yogurt and cereal? No thanks"

Good from desk employees seving in french and English good recommandations know they city's as in tops finger for where to go or what to eat and personel in floor was very friendly and polite and natural way ..."
