The hotel has a beautiful entrance and the rooms are clean. Our television did not work we asked at the front desk no one came to fix. The hot tub was out of order the tile around the pool was very slippery. The 21$ was a real guessing game to find.

Publicité erronée: Pas de bar, pas de restaurant sauf le buffet, déjeuner excessivement dispendieux pour un buffet sans services, spa qui n’est pas fonctionnel, piscine qui ferme en plein après-midi. Dégâts sur le plancher qui n’a pas été nettoyé de toute la fin de semaine.

The location made it easy to cross the bridge to Ottawa. The restaurant dinner buffet was delicious. The staff were courteous and extremely professional. The only thing I noticed was the hallways and my room had not been vacuumed in a while.

Chambre pas prête à notre arrivée à 16h. On nous a proposé d'utiliser les facilities mais arrivé devant, le Spa était totalement fermé pour renovation pendant l'ensemble de notre séjour. Nous décidons d'aller au bar pour apprendre qu'ils nous plus leur licence pour vendre de l'alcool. Etablissement vieillissant et bruyant (des teenagers faisaient le va et vient à notre étage jusqu'à 1h du matin... Aucun geste commercial pour nous avoir donner une chambre après le Check in time. Déçu! Je ne recommande pas.
