"Terrible experience at Hyatt Grand Central. The room was extremely dusty and not properly cleaned. We found hair in the shower, sink, on the floor, and even on the bed sheets. I went to the front desk to report the issue, and I was told that someone would come to clean the room, but no one ever showed up and nothing was done. It was very disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The room, and particularly the bathroom, is in desperate need of renovation. Overall, the cleanliness and...

"Excellent location, great rooftop bar, and good restaurant on site. Old and stained carpets, in need up updating and re painting all over the hotel. It's a pack em and stack em hotel and the entire place needs an upgrade."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Older style hotel in the heart of NYC Times Square just half a block from all the action. Amazingly quiet in the rooms. Walk west from the hotel and you quickly are in quieter neighborhoods and end up at the pier on the Hudson river. I loved the hotel and recommend it. One thing they should address are the electrical wall sockets. I stayed in two different rooms on different weeks of my NY trip and both rooms had loose sockets and sometimes sparked when I removed a plug. Not cool."
