"The room was above average. We still had a good time. Right when we stepped out of the elevator to our floor level…the carpet was stained in couple of spots. For a luxury hotel, I just expect a little better presentation to continue from the grand lobby to the floor levels. The furniture were way too big for the small room. Room was close to elevator and a bit noisy but otherwise it was an excellent stay. The restaurant was very good with beautiful view of harbour. "

"This place deserves 10's all the way. Rooms are very nice with everything you need. The free breakfast is excellent with choices on entrees served hot. Staff wait on you at breakfast. Staff is more than willing to help you with any need. The evening soup provided was also very good. The only negitive is access by car is a little difficult."
