"Philippina staff in the dining room were charming and effective. The bed was very comfortable and a good shower. Location and parking very convenient. Breakfast was good - a bit more variety would be appreciated for someone staying 3 or more days. A few issues prevent giving a 5 stars: 1. We complained about loud noise we could hear in our room at the front desk and asked to change rooms. We were told the hotel was full, and that someone would get back to us on the next day, should another room be available. We never heard back 2. I had crutches and broken toes and getting to our room required going up stairs. While I managed with some difficulty, someone with a more serious mobility issues would find it very difficult to not only go up the stairs but to carry luggage as well."

I enjoyed pleasant greetings, sincere warm smiles and the cleanest and most up to date room and room servicing I've ever experienced. not cheap but fair pricing, right in the heart of the tourist district of Victoria. High on Value high on service fair on price. Absolutely reccomend."
