What a beautiful experience we had coming to stay at Marketas! We did have a little hiccup checking in...I may have been able to avoid that if I had read the small print about reaching out beforehand about arrival time, I'm not sure, but once we were in, everything was great from start to finish. The breakfast was SO great, don't skip it!

The staff at Marketa’s is very attentive and aims to please. Our room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of light and fresh air. It is also very close to the harbor area ( an 8-10 minute walk) so very convenient from the ferry.

Wonderful place to stay while in Victoria. Warm, clean and inviting room, with old fashioned furnishings and decor throughout the property. Breakfast was excellent and the place is convenient for walking, whether to downtown or along the waterfront.

This property is stunning! I loved the charm and style of both interior and exterior. The room was nice, however it did get a little warm but had a decent ac unit and a fan to use. The room and bathroom was clean and functional. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. The breakfast was served fresh and hot and was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.

The heritage building had so much character. We loved the unique decor. The room was charming, spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi, the abundance of towels, and the comfy robes. The breakfast was delicious and high quality, made fresh in front of our eyes, and the service was so friendly and kind. We'll recommend and return!
