"Overall this hotel is cute, small and very convenient to Times Square. That's exactly what I wanted for my niece's 1st time in the city. Only thing was the window needed to be cleaned and a patched section of the wall needed to be fixed but we were using the room for sleeping and exploring the area most of the days we stayed. The hotel doesn't have parking but there are plenty of garages nearby, just budget for it if you're driving."

"Nice stay in the heart of the theater district of Manhattan. Very convenient as well, next to a subway stop. One suprise was teh hotel's $30 destination fee, and the hotel providing us with a $30 credit to be used for food in the hotel. My family didn't realize that the credit had to be used that night, so we appreciated that the hotel was gracious and allowed the credit to be used for hotel food the following morning. My family would stay here again."

"Room was amazing and spacious enough for a family of 4. Very clean and quiet, didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Lovely and luxurious stay, a few steps away from the madness of Times Square. Highly recommended"

"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...

"I thought the room was old and very small "

"Property was centrally located in the middle of Times Square. Hotel staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping staff was very attentive to ensure we had adequate towels, etc. for all four guests in the room. That is rare. Also great location as we had tickets to see The Wiz right in the Marquis Theatre in the hotel. "
