"Clean"

"Wir hatten bettwanzen im Zimmer, und auch das Nschbarzimmer war zuvor gesperrt worden, ohne uns aufmerksam zu machen, was da ablief. Wir wurden von den Wanzen gebiss3n, und haben bis dato noch keine Reaktionen vom Hotel bekommen, weder einen Nachlass noch eine Entschuldigung"

"Room was freezing, radiator made a very loud noise while it was turned on."

"Lovely stay clean room and lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Great location close to the tube station about a 2 minute walk. Next to a lovely park. Breakfast was really good lots of choice. Will definitely stay again"

"Clean enough, tight rooms, fine for short stay"

"Great stay, clean, spacious room. Would recommend."

"This is such a great property to stay at in London. They are environmentally friendly, the rooms are comfortable, they have great food at the restaurant/ bar. They offer a free drink if you don’t take room service. It’s close to white chapel station and Aldgate east station. An easy 15-20 minute walk to Tower Bridge / Tower of London. Lots of great restaurants. Jack the Ripper tour nearby. This is my second time staying there and will be back next time too."

"easy walk to the airport terminal, breakfast starts early enough even for the morning flights."

"The bathroom tiles weren't properly grouted to the floor so when showering in the morning the manager or employee of the hotel came to us and said we had caused a massive emergency and leak. The beds were moderately comfortable. But what can you expect for £52 a night."

"Good location and lovely breakfast with plenty of choices from the D.E. coffee machines, Rooms very clean and the tech is welcome"

"Super helpful staff, my coeliac companion was beautifully catered for by the breakfast team."

"The room is very small, with only one bed, not even a hot kettle and a small table. Only the location is good."

"Always reliable and affordable"
