8/10 Good

"The only complaint was the tv. There was freeview channels but no facility to connect as a smart tv to gain access to apps such as Netflix and Disney plus. Otherwise, it was a good hotel and excellent value for money. Location was good, not too far from the JBL line that gives you direct access into zone 1 in central London."

"Walking distance to the airport so very convenient for an early flight next morning. Efficient check-in. Nice room, spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable and good lighting which is not always expected in a hotel. On check-in I asked for a room with a bathtub but apparently most have them anyway. Good soundproofing, we didn't hear much from planes or other guests. Not much of a view but we didn't mind as only there one night and we didn't pay the extra for a runway view. Didn't have breakfast but did have dinner in the Collage restaurant. Had fish and chips which was very nice, if a tad overpriced but then you are a captive audience. My only negative comment would be that on checking out, the person that was there looked clearly unwell and was wearing a mask. In my view this poor girl should have been sent home to recover for her own wellbeing and also not to risk passing on germs to people going on long awaited holidays."
