"The B&B was in a good location. It was clean. However, the front desk staff did not know the area and were useless in providing guidance to tourists. We were asked if we wanted our room cleaned at any point during the stay and we said yes to one day. We reminded them in the morning. The room was never cleaned - no fresh towels, paper, etc. We did not see one cleaning cart during our 3 day visit. No telephones in the room so you have to go to the front desk for assistance. "Hotel indicates they have parking, but it’s very limited for the amount of rooms and we were never able to get a spot. There’s a lot of trash outside the hotel as well as old dog poop just sitting outside. The front door was never cleaned up. Inside walls needed to be repainted. There were things splashed and dripped down the walls. The worst was our bathroom there was mold growing on the walls (near the floor) and when we took a shower, the whole bathroom flooded. "Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. We had no power in the room and bathroom during the night and had to use our phone lights. Reception was unable to provide a solution. Breakfast quality was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only positive experience was the gentleman at reception during breakfast, who was very kind and helpful."

"Plenty of parking. Nice to have pool and spa facilities. Staff all very helpful at reception and in the restaurant. Food excellent both dinner and breakfast. Evening entertainment was great too involving all those who were there enjoying it."

"Room was spacious. Breakfast room staffer (older gentleman) was enthusiastic and helpful. On our second day he remembered us and came over as soon as we were seated to say he had already requested my husband's gluten free toast before we even asked. Lots of breakfast options, gluten free toast available on request and is made separately in the kitchen so there is no risk of cross contamination using the communal toaster. Had a great hot stone massage at the spa. Only downfall was limited...
