"Not as depicted in photos. The front staff were wonderful, but the property is in need of dire repair and cleaning. We had 4 rooms in our party, in different ‘classes’ and they were all very dirty and damaged. There is no sound proofing and the bed springs are protruding. If it were priced as a budget hotel and it was clean, fair enough. But liquid drips, boogers, hairs, etc on walls, surfaces and bathrooms could be easily remedied. My cabby summed it perfectly on my departure - ‘My mom worked...

"Excellent location. Lots of parking. Friendly,efficient reception. Good sized room. Comfortable beds. Good storage. Could do with more accessible power points."

"Overall clean, comfortable and great location. Wasn’t advised before arrival that evening meals are no longer served however you can dine at the sister hotel with a 10% discount. Also after standing in a queue at reception (for a drink from the bar) for around 10mins getting to the front and told by the receptionist that she couldn’t serve me, she was the only one working and had to see to those checking in first and asked me to come back later!!!!!!"

"This hotel is like a Super 8 in USA. Cheap furniture etc. Receptionist was missing when we showed up. There was a machine that claimed to check people in so we started putting in our information etc and it just won’t do anything. Finally, the receptionist showed up and claimed that machine didn’t work. He checked us in. We paid almost $350 a night for the room, and felt it was too expensive for what we got."

"We had a disappointing experience, especially for the high cost. The building is in a state of disrepair and requires major renovations and significant upgrades. I would not recommend this hotel. The food and service in the restaurant was good, however."
