Hotel is ideally located for the High Street & especially for the Enchanted Forest bus pick up. The staff at reception are very friendly & approachable. The swimming pool is a nice size & the water temperature was lovely & warm. Breakfast is buffet style & offers a good variety of choices. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room, generous bed size and good shower. Great choice at breakfast table. Didn't use the pool as we were travelling about for much of our stay but it did look inviting. Ideal base for travelling around this part of the Highlands.

We initially received an accessible room, but unfortunately the toilet flush was not working because the handle was broken. The duty manager was very helpful and offered us an alternative room in the building next to the hotel, which turned out to be lovely and very comfortable. Overall, we had a positive experience. The hotel is pleasant and clean, and the staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The only area that may need some additional attention is general maintenance.

We had lovely view from our bedroom with view of nearby church with the bell chiming thru the day. Lovely flowers at front of hotel. Pool was nice and warm. We will stay here again on any future wee trips.

It’s a unique property. We unfortunately were not staying long (got in late and had to leave early) so didn’t get to experience the amenities. However, the staff went above and beyond and had the buffet ready early so we could eat before we left, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated!

We were put into a guest room which was not what I had booked from the pictures. Toilet seat not fully attached, window was rotten, hole in the wall filled in but not painted. Corridor to the room dirty carpet. Breakfast and Spa excellent but bedroom disappointing. Hotel generally looked a little ‘tired’ Majority of the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Very clean & comfortable single room - very quiet location. Breakfast buffet was generous & staff were quick to replace items that were getting low. The only thing missing was there was no marmalade for my toast 😉.
