I felt ripped-off: It was filthy, outdated, broken furniture in the room, maintained in the worst way possible (A cheap toilet seat which did not fit the toilet shape).
I have nothing against handicapped people getting to work in hotels and restaurants, but it would have been appropriated to inform guests that staff-members are either autistic or mentally disabled.
On the other side, disabled guest are not so welcome: I had to disconnect the TV to have enough outlets available for my medical equipment. I had to set up my bed the other way around to have my head close to one of the two available outlets - hoping my wife wouldn’t trip on the power cables while visiting the toilet.
We paid £180 inc. taxes for one night without breakfast in a room with a view!: The only thing we could see, was a very dirty window which might have been cleaned last year or earlier. The window could only be opened a few centimetres, so ventilation was impossible. Also the „new“ heating in the bathroom was already loosening from the wall, but housekeeping doesn‘t care.
