The food was ok but lacked variety in menu, staff very helpful, room was tired but acceptable. Room not cleaned or made up over the 5 days nor bedding towels changed later found out as leaving it was by request and not pointed out
The view from our room was fantastic the room was very spacious, food was delicious and very large portions
Staff are so friendly ,hotel needs a little updating but is fine,the bar and dinning area have an amazing view ,would definitely go back .

Bar closes very early; limited selection of beer (No ale on cask or in bottles)
Breakfast coffee would be better if there was actual coffee in it! And the way of dispensing it is poor.
Reception open late in the evening is a good point.

For the price£144per night room only carpets nead replacing dig gaps in window frams lovely view had to keep curtains closed due to draft from windows then the rain started dripping from high level on to ceiling above for about 2 hours then Japanese torturer dripping then the plaster parted and flapped down and started dripping on to floor below again Japanese torture started again So called hotel neads closing for full renovation Roy Hughson From Aberdeen

The staff were very friendly and professional and the breakfasts were of a good standard .and the position of the hotel was very good.
The public rooms were generally fine but there are parts that are ready for refurbishment.
Our standard bedroom had a bathroom that was in need of urgent replacement although it was clean
Staff very helpful. Everything within walking distance. Really large rooms with plenty of storage space. Stayed at hotel before and would have no problem staying again
Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not good. The windows were filthy & the carpet in our was worn & not vacuumed. Sorry for such a poor review, but true
