A really well located hotel for restaurants and pubs with excellent seafood all around. Friendly, welcoming staff and our superior room came with free mini bar, a bonus we weren’t expecting! Really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. But, the hotel itself and the rooms were like going back to the 80’s. Not at all what I expected considering the price. Nothing was bad but, at the same time nothing would make me want to return.

This property did the job. We needed a quick place to stay overnight before our Ferry to Lewis. The hotel was functional and well kept. It was simple and easy to get to the Ferry. The only thing that wasn't up to our standards was that our shower had incredibly low shower pressure. It was hard to get a good wash and rinse the soap off as the pressure was so light.

Nice Hotel with very kind and courteous staff. Rich Breakfast in a luminous room. We stayed for a night on our journey to the Isle of Lewis, taking the Ferry next morning. We can recommend it !

The place itself seems a bit obsolete and the room was not bad but also not amazing. The personnel were really nice and they gave several recommendations for dinner or car parking.

A well managed hotel with attentive and seemingly happy staff. The food is simple but well cooked and very fresh. The only problem we had was with the exceptionally sunny and hot weather, which made the south facing bedrooms very hot. Draping the curtains over the windows might have helped, but I guess it's not expected in Scotland. We would stay again.

The only downside was no lift and was not aware of any ground floor rooms available, but strong Scottish lass took my suitcase to 1st floor, but declined in taking me upstairs as well
