"Resort is well taken care of overall, clean and strong wi-fi throughout, even on the beach where the beach chairs were, which was impressive. All the pools & hot tub were nicely laid out and maintained. Negatives: the bikes weren't well maintained. My chain came off after riding 15mins, luckily I was able to get it back on and not have to walk back. "Friendly staff, my king bed room was sufficient. Smelled old, couch had mold. Check in was fine, pool and jacuzzi is not heated. All inclusive saved lots of $, lunch menu really nice dinner not great. Only keg beer. The hotel layout of the pool and beach was nice, mostly timeshare folks older crowd. 10 minutes walk to 5th Ave for shopping and restaurants. Taxi only back to Airport $100! Or ADO bus. "
