"Most everything was excellent except for the LOUD music and being approached by a drug dealer at the beach."

"Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, room service was excellent, and there were plenty of great food options and fine dining restaurants. The entertainment was well thought out—not just for kids, but for adults too. The beach was beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and a large sandy area that our kids loved. There were lots of activities available throughout the day and into the evening. However, we did experience two downsides. First, the pool temperature became too warm by the end of the day, making it less refreshing. At times, the pool was also not as clean as expected. Second, the ocean conditions were disappointing—there was an overwhelming amount of seaweed, the water was not the clear turquoise we had hoped for, and there was a very unpleasant smell. While the staff did their best to clean the beach, it would have been helpful to be informed about the ocean conditions in advance, especially since swimming in the ocean was one of the main reasons we chose this destination. In light of that, it might be fair to adjust the price accordingly."

The food and drinks were top-tier. Every restaurant on site offered a different culinary experience, and the service was consistently attentive and friendly. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying dinner by the beach, or grabbing a drink at the bar, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a view that made it hard to leave. I also appreciated the little details like turndown service and daily restocking of the mini bar. The vibe at the resort is quiet, classy, and ideal for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway without the loud party scene. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you won’t regret it. "
