"Check in was smooth, room and outdoor patio was clean, ample space for a studio size. Plunge pool was able to be lit at night by switch but was not able to have filter or pump engaged. On site bar/food poolside was decent. Overall nice place to stay if you are looking to do activities during the day and have a peaceful night's rest since daytime is consumed by ongoing construction not on site but the surrounding neighborhood as the area is being developed. "

"If I could give zero stars I would. Area has no service, property owner does not send instructions to check in and their number does not work. I had to pay 5x as much for a hotel for the night because there was a big even in town. Terrible experience, ruined my night in tulum completely."

The front desk employees were also very nice. This apartment is located near plenty of shops, bus stops, and restaurants. It’s exactly like the pictures, I overall had a great experience. "
