"The house is as beautiful as the pictures. All the bedrooms are large and have their own bathrooms, the pool is great, there is even a small workout area, and the house has a great massage room. The house is also walkable to lots of restaurants and stores. Finally, the owner is very close by and incredibly responsive to anything we asked. It's a great house for a group to use as home base to enjoy Tulum."

"THIS WAS A MEDIOCRE STAY. OVERALL IT WAS OK, BUT THERE WERE SOME DIFFICULTIES. LET ME GIVE THE CONS FIRST: INITIAL TRANSACTION WAS AKWARD. THE OWNER DEMANDED CASH. NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE. THERE IS A FULLTIME STAFF NOW, BUT HER ENGLISH IS POOR AND SHE IS INEXPERIENCED. THE PLACE IS HARD TO FIND YOU MAY WANT TO CONTACT THE OWNER. IT IS LOCATED OFF OF SEVENTH ST. (THE LANDMARK IS THREE STORES NEXT TO EACH OTHER MAKE A RIGHT BEFORE THEM)..THERE CAN BE LOUD MUSIC AND BARKING DOGS THAT DISTURB...

"Hotel Luna Llena is truly a boutique hotel. Small, quiet and unique. The breakfasts were simple but the coffee was good and the fresh fruit plentiful. I loved the bikes available for use and found I could get most places in town by bike. The staff for friendly and very helpful. I greatly enjoyed my stay there."
