"The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and made sure our stay was great! There is breakfast which you can order to your room for a price which was excellent."

"The room is very clean and it's great to have the kitchenette. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Bed is firm."

"Nice town"

"We loved the location as it’s super central to everything important to us. The bed was disappointing for us - it wasn’t comfortable and the sheets were incredibly loud with every move. "Great stay. Close to good restaurants."

"Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and I even got a rubber duck in my bathroom. Lol had a great stay."

"Excellent place to stay when visiting Victoria. Quiet and safe neighbourhood near the harbour and downtown. Walkable to The Empress, BC Parliament buildings and Beacon Hill Park. Great food in their restaurant and pub. The front desk staff, in particular Hedy, were exceptional. Definitely will be staying here when we visit Victoria again."
