"Room was clean, staff helpful, pool was nice"

"We loved the location as it’s super central to everything important to us. The bed was disappointing for us - it wasn’t comfortable and the sheets were incredibly loud with every move. We stayed for 3 nights and had really hard time sleeping well. The superior room was a bit too small for our liking - wish we hadn’t downgraded from the suite. "Great stay. Close to good restaurants."

"Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and I even got a rubber duck in my bathroom. Lol had a great stay."

"Excellent place to stay when visiting Victoria. Quiet and safe neighbourhood near the harbour and downtown. Walkable to The Empress, BC Parliament buildings and Beacon Hill Park. Great food in their restaurant and pub. The front desk staff, in particular Hedy, were exceptional. Definitely will be staying here when we visit Victoria again."
