"We had rented two rooms, AC didn't work in either, 1 role of toilet paper in one room, none in the other, one toilet was not wiped down, 1 towel in one room, none in the other. Ice machine didn't work on the second floor. The elevators were down at one point causing everyone in the hotel to utilize the stairs. Luckily we were on the second floor. "A great location and well priced for the location."

"Helpful staff. One downside was that the larger trash cans on room floors was by the elevator. Each morning when we left residents had left take-out containers from the night before in the trash near the elevators and caused a bad smell."

"Room was spacious and clean. We got one on the ground floor so it was noisy, it would’ve been bad if we didn’t have a sound machine. Staff was helpful. Location was great, near dining, grocery stores, Princess Diana Memorial Park and transportation."

"The staff and i think the lady name carolina was amazing and helpful . Few draw backs were room to hot at times and also you hear the subway when on ground floor . Would definitely go back"
