"Not well"

"Das Zimmer war groß und im großen und ganzen war es sauber. Der Personal war hilfsbereit."

"I’ve never stayed at a Bob W before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience exceeded my expectations! The overall aesthetic was great, the room was very clean and even came equipped with chargers and outlet converters. The area was very safe and a 10 minute walk to Kensington gardens. 10/10 recommend!"

"I booked a room I saw advertised. It looked big enough and had the comforts I needed. What I got was a basement room that was suffocating hot, and a window I could not open at night due to access from the courtyard with other dwellings sharing. It. I tried to reach into a tiny dirty hole to adjust heating but could not. The bathroom had a high step up, and it was far too tiny, one could hardly turn in it. when I dropped the soap in the shower I couldn’t bend to pick it up. The bed was fit...

"I had a very nice stay. You can’t swing a cat around in the rooms, but do you really need to? It’s got all amenities and great WiFi. Pity the breakfast room is not adequate to host the number of guests."

"Très bien"

"The property is ok for one nights stay, my room was in the basement and you could hear the water from everyone above coming down, the biggest let down was the bed mattress was so thin you could feel the bed frame and the side table is attached to the bed and higher than the frame with a really sharp corner so had to put a pillow against it incase I hit it in the night"

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"
