"I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to...

"When we arrived we were informed that only two of our four full bathrooms had hot water. This was a Friday and no one was scheduled to look at it till Monday. The hot water was finally fixed very late (10:00 PM) on Tuesday night. So for 5 days out of eight, 9 people and 2 infants shared two bathrooms for showers/baths.
