"I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. "This is a very nice house. The kitchen is well appointed with nice appliances and accoutrements. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. The patio is an excellent place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the pool is super cold and the spa does not work. The golf course lawn mower will wake you up very early, but that was only one morning. "When we arrived we were informed that only two of our four full bathrooms had hot water. This was a Friday and no one was scheduled to look at it till Monday. The hot water was finally fixed very late (10:00 PM) on Tuesday night. So for 5 days out of eight, 9 people and 2 infants shared two bathrooms for showers/baths. "Property was very dirty. Dust on all furniture; floors filthy. Kitchen lacked salad bowl; coffee machine barely worked. Paid for AC, but it did not work. Asked for maintenance on it. Dryer vent totally clogged (fire danger) and so machine did not work. Took 4 days before supposedly they said they would clean the vent. Several burned out lights and so lighting was bad. They gave us two small soaps for the four of us (two bathrooms each with two sinks, and kitchen sink). Had to ask for trash...

"4 families met on the island for a destination wedding. We were all able to be close to each other but still have our own privacy. The common areas were well utilized with barbecuing and family game night as well as cousins having a blast in the pool. The maintenance crew does an amazing job keeping the landscaping looking great! Our families have been coming here for years and will continue to do so in the future."

"We had a fabulous day at this condo. It was roomy and conveniently located. It was super clean with the best equipped kitchen that we’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to air-conditioning. We wish the table and chairs inside were a little comfier, but the outside chair is more than made up for it.
