"I was the first time on Hawaii. The hotel was clean with full kitchen, balcony and safe. Parking per car was free and food store right after you exit the hotel. Cona coast river has a lot of barbeque zones and couple of swimming pools. Almost everyday in the evening was live music near thr bar. Actually, you need to drive to the nearest beach, probably 5 min drive, I recommend magic sand beach parking which has free parking and a lot of sand in the shore."

"Wonderful condo beautifully maintained and well equipped in all respects from a kitchen that had everything you would ever need to beach equipment from chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment and kids toys. The location was perfect - in a lovely area near a shopping centre, fun beach 20 minutes from downtown Kailea-Kona. Above all a beautiful lanai with a view to die for."
