"Just two quick nights in a site that would also be great for a week. Walking distance to mall and supermarket. We did not have a car which made it difficult coming home from an activity because street was so dark. But got a lift from a fellow participant so worked out. Wished we could have spent more time there "

"We stayed in the building close to the Check-In office and the main pool, it was easy to get in and unpacked with little to do running around, with Keauhou Shopping center right up the road you really didn’t need to drive into town to get the simple stuff. The property is amazing and a sense of privacy with midnight security always on duty and welcoming. I Would definitely stay here again"

"We arrived after midnight and did not have to check-in. Our host made sure that security knew we would be arriving late. At 1:00am it is nice not to have to wonder where the office is. The accommodation was spotless, highly maintained, and comfortable. The resort is about 30 minutes south of Kona so it feels like a home, not a tourist place. The host responds within minutes. We had a 10pm flight out so we asked if we could check-out late if there wasn't anybody else booked for that day. We were lucky. Nobody else was booked for that day. Out host allowed it. There is a small beach with good snorkeling only 6-7 minute walk away. The ocean had 3-4 foot swells and strong currents and not safe for swimming at any of the beaches, except Kahalu'u Bay Beach. It is a protected harbor, safe for snorkeling. There are several manta ray and snorkeling tours working out of that harbor which is very convenient. No car needed to get there. There is also a sandy beach about a 10 minute drive north called Magic Sands/ White Sands beach. The grounds are immaculate and gorgeous. There is a hotel a few minutes walk away where you can watch the manta rays at night from a viewing balcony. Bring binoculars and a camera with a zoom lens. There is a shopping mall about a 5 minute drive away with a grocery store, restaurants, pet grooming, and more. Our host is fantastic, the resort is amazing, and the unit was great."
