"We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Two wonderful pool areas. Beautiful grounds. Condo was dated but comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. They made sure we were continually stocked with towels and paper products as well as dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. The location was close to activities on Alii Dr. the only slight drawback was that there were no beach-chairs, coolers or toys for the kids. Snorkel equipment can be rented in town however. Overall it was great and very quiet...

"Just two quick nights in a site that would also be great for a week. Walking distance to mall and supermarket. We did not have a car which made it difficult coming home from an activity because street was so dark. But got a lift from a fellow participant so worked out. Wished we could have spent more time there "

"Only two things were bad. We were there during a holiday weekend. It was a Hawaiian holiday weekend. The hotel was fully booked and very busy. I think they screwed up when we came. When I got my bill, they charged me the entire amount. I paid you $1009.55 for the two nights. The hotel charged me the rntire amount. They said they didn’t have anything from you. I had to pay $1,180.00 which included parking and restaurant amount. How foningetbyhe money from you?"

"The location was great, close to Kona and beaches as well as grocery and dining. The property was maintained and easy to get around. We didn't get A/C and were ok with windows open the drawback is you do hear a lot of the comings and goings from other units. We would definitely stay here again! "

"If you are on the fence about this hotel…..do it!! Staff is extremely kind and helpful. You can lay on the bed and watch the surfers riding the waves and watch so many crabs just hanging out. The sunsets are breathtaking from the pool. Open up the windows and listen to the waves all night long. Just wow!! Yes, there is no tv or ac…..but who cares when you can feel the ocean breeze all night long. Definitely recommend having a smaller vehicle as the parking lot is small but it is FREE."
