The cleanliness of the room was consistent, with daily housekeeping ensuring fresh linens and a tidy space. Plus, the reliable availability of warm water in the shower was a comforting touch."

"Unfortunately the place is not what is on pictures, the rooms smell horrible. It's in a good location, but the property needs a very needed renovation, and clean up. We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights, we couldn't stay one. Tried to cancel, but I haven't heard from the property nor Expedia and it's been more than a week."

"I liked everything about the Jardin hotel , a small hotel but big hospitality , every person at the desk was friendly and always with a smile . I stayed in the hotel in 2023 and again in 2024 and both times always welcomed and comfortable and when i return to cancun again in 2025 , i will stay at the Jardin hotel , as mentioned it is small so they serve breakfast or orther things like that but where they are located everything is within a short walking distance . Decent people with a good hotel...

"Don't hesitate - book Pachamaya if you can. I was lucky to stay here before they were fully open, and the owners have an amazing vision for this spot. You can tell how much they care, and their staff care just as much. It's peaceful, relaxing, and well-appointed, with thoughtful extra touches. Lots of great common space, and I had a hard time leaving the pool / hot tub area. Convenient location in the historic original neighbourhood. If I'm ever back to Cancun, I'll be back to Pachamaya."

"The property has nice greenery and outdoor area. However it doesn’t look like a hotel. It is more like a motel. The rates are also cheap so can’t expect much facilities. Overall a budget stay and good for a one night stay kind. You can sit outside your room in an open area and have a cup of drink and feel the natural ambience."

"Unfortunately we could not find the place! We circled the block multiple times, got out an walked from building to building. I found a call box on the building at the address provided but it either didn’t work or no one was there to answer it. No signs at all on the building or anywhere near it. We ended up giving up hope and finding a last minute hotel. "

"Very nice stay , 3rd floor walk-up. Got city view , with a patio on the floor that you can view the sea about a mile(ish?). Self check in was seamless, instructions very clear, Very modern clean, comfortable, with all promised amenities in working order. Not your party part of town , more residential, upper middle class neighborhood? Would highly recommend as a stop on your last day or two of a trip, wind down in comfort or would work for long term as a good home base."

"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....
