"This a new, small, and very nicely appointed hotel. It's quiet, friendly, and located near a small market and a fabulous, authentic Parrilla serving great meats and small dishes. A ten minute walk takes you to Parque de las Palapas, a vibrant community facility full of local families, music, shops, bathrooms, and a children's playground. We enjoyed visiting the hotel strip and beach during the day but were happy to be staying in this lovely neighborhood an Uber ride away Cancun's Las Vegas like...

"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. "

"The room was clean. There was a mini split and a fan, which was nice. I didn't like the shower, but my husband didn't mind it. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The bus is a couple of blocks away, and for 12 pesos, it will take you to the hotel zone and the beach."

"The hotel is very comfortable and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms have big air conditioning units that were life saving and the perfect amount of space. It is in the city with not many tourists. The food in the area is delicious and there are many convenience stores for water refills. It is also very easy to get transportation in this area, easy access for ubers and taxis. I would definitely recommend this place."

"I liked everything about the Jardin hotel , a small hotel but big hospitality , every person at the desk was friendly and always with a smile . I stayed in the hotel in 2023 and again in 2024 and both times always welcomed and comfortable and when i return to cancun again in 2025 , i will stay at the Jardin hotel , as mentioned it is small so they serve breakfast or orther things like that but where they are located everything is within a short walking distance . Decent people with a good hotel...

Walking distance to shopping boulevard,shops, ATM,plaza,etc. Used Uber to get around which was easy and affordable. Would recommend for short stays. Toiletries were a nice touch. "

"I liked the position and the swimming pool even if it could be better cleaned... I didn't like that even if I clearly asked for a towels changing they didn't change them. I had to ask for toilet paper at the reception. Old but solid structure with A/C. There is no elevator but the building has a typical and welcoming structure."
