"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....

"The hotel is very comfortable and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms have big air conditioning units that were life saving and the perfect amount of space. It is in the city with not many tourists. The food in the area is delicious and there are many convenience stores for water refills. It is also very easy to get transportation in this area, easy access for ubers and taxis. I would definitely recommend this place."

"This hotel is on a side street just behind the ADO bus station in Cancun Central. I chose it because I wanted easy access to the busses for travelling around the area and also close enough to an area suitable for my running. It is about 0.7 miles (1.1 km) walk to the front entrance of the Puerto Cancun Mall Complex (with stone columns) where you have a nice flat sidewalk that will take you down Avenida Bonampak to Avenida Kukulcan for the start of the cycling/running path at Km 0 that goes...
