"From the start the folks at Candlewood put us at our ease. It was a very relaxed experience. They were always happy to help. The rooms at the hotel included kitchen facilities , which we didn't use , but which could be helpful for others. The bed was very confortable and the bathroom very clean and everything worked. My daughter used the gym at the hotel and said it met her needs. The location is good for Penn, MSG and not far from here to a variety of other destinations by subway. Would...

"The stay is great - one suggestion is to pls cancel the luggage fee - your hotel is decent - and a decent hotel doesn’t charge fees for helping your clients to check their luggage for a little bit before or after the time they are check in or check out. "I enjoyed my stay at The Doxie. The staff was super nice. The location was great for dining options, convenient to subway and main NY attractions. Beds and pillows were comfy. This is in an older building and with that you will find narrow hallways and a tiny elevator. But this is to be expected in the heart of the city. I will definitely be returning to The Doxie. "

Said they would provide us a different hotel, then did not reserve anything, and we had to call expedia 4 times over the course of a day and arrived at the hotel with no room booked for us.
