"My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter in NYC. Great location and within walking distance of subway stations, restaurants, and Bryant Park. We enjoyed the library themed rooms and all the books! We did take advantage of the free continental breakfast on the second floor each morning with coffee, pastries, and light snacks which was very nice. We also liked Bookmarks, the rooftop lounge, to relax after a long day of walking and exploring NYC. The only complaint we had was...

"What a great place - even with the renovation! The staff were outstanding. Whether checking in, heading out, helping with something or in the Celon, the staff could not have been more impressive. We are definitely coming back!"

"Came in for the NYC Marathon and had a six day stay here and it was very nice. It was in a great location, close to 5th Ave. shopping, and near subway stations. Close to Rockefeller Ctr and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Positives: The staff was great, especially Regina. She was so helpful and friendly. They even texted us the day before the Marathon to remind us to bake in extra time to our daily activities because it was going to be a crazy, crowded day. The room staff remade the room each day, and...

"very nice and accommodating, in house laundry and bar"

"In room dining was terrible. Not much to choose from. $9.00 delivery fee every time they brought your room service order in a paper bag. I was upcharged in their gift shop and market. Was told they had not updated their prices on the items. Very disappointed. Won't be back."

"Very friendly staff from check-in to check-out. The hotel is beautifully appointed and cozy with a sophisticated vibe. The breakfast food options are very good with the exception of the coffee which tasted terrible. I liked the tasteful decorations in the rooms and the bathrooms were very nice with plush towels. It is fairly quiet considering where the hotel is (conveniently) located for Broadway shows and near Times Sq. However, because of the way the bathroom 'windows' are designed you can...

"Loved the heated floor in the bathroom!!! And nice sized room for New York! Many hotels in the area are very small rooms, but this is a bit more spacious. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful staff. Great location for the theater district!"

"This is a pretty basic place to lay down your head which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. The rooms are really dark, minimal lighting. It’s also really easy to hear next door, soundproofness isn’t great. Staff and location was nice."

"I was really looking forward to staying at Kixby, especially given its excellent reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was a little disappointing. First, although the bathroom was clean, the grout was visibly worn and had become quite dark in places. This made the bathroom look less clean than it actually was and detracted from the overall impression of the room. Another disappointment was the lack of an espresso machine in the 24/7 beverage room. They do offer several types of coffee,...

"Everything was great and the location was amazing"

"Professional and friendly staff. Hotel is conveniently located - close to time square and Bryant park. Restaurant was a great option after a long day."

"The Iroquois was a surpise- I go to NYC quite often and have several hotels that are my favorites. The Iroquois is now on this list. Staff was phenominal, room was great and comfortable, location was perfect. Will stay there again for sure!"
