"I appreciate it is a historic building but the room was in desperate need of an update. Pillows were good, mattress was uncomfortable, and bathroom was awful. Especially the dirty shower curtain and shower head."

"Overall this is a very good value. The rooms are very small. But they are 100 year old buildings in Manhattan. I guess thats to be expected. And frankly, you don’t go to New York to sit in a room. Exceptional location if you are going for Broadway theatre. Connection to transit is also very easy from Row NYC. "
