"Fabulous stay! Great location, staff, room and location! Will definitely be back!!"

"My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter in NYC. Great location and within walking distance of subway stations, restaurants, and Bryant Park. We enjoyed the library themed rooms and all the books! We did take advantage of the free continental breakfast on the second floor each morning with coffee, pastries, and light snacks which was very nice. We also liked Bookmarks, the rooftop lounge, to relax after a long day of walking and exploring NYC. The only complaint we had was...

"We came to New York for the marathon and couldn’t have been happier with our hotel choice! The location was absolutely perfect. Even with all the road closures on race morning, we were able to easily walk to several different spots to watch and cheer on the runners. It made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and stress-free. We also loved having so many wonderful restaurants, shops, and things to explore just steps away. We really enjoyed our stay and felt like we were right in the...

"Very friendly staff from check-in to check-out. The hotel is beautifully appointed and cozy with a sophisticated vibe. The breakfast food options are very good with the exception of the coffee which tasted terrible. I liked the tasteful decorations in the rooms and the bathrooms were very nice with plush towels. "Loved the heated floor in the bathroom!!! And nice sized room for New York! Many hotels in the area are very small rooms, but this is a bit more spacious. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful staff. Great location for the theater district!"

"Everything was great and the location was amazing"

"Love everything about this hotel. Rooms to amenities! Staff is amazing as well."

"Our first time at this location. Celebrated my son’s birthday. A few cupcakes were delivered to our room as a celebration gesture from the hotel. Staff is professional and experienced with their tasks. Definitely plan on staying here again."

"Outstanding hotel"

"Loved this hotel! Great esthetic, extremely clean and the rooms aren’t tiny. Convenient location to grand central - literally a 3 min walk. Would stay again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this property and plan to return for a multi-night stay before year's end. The entire staff (particularly Wallace at the check in counter) was exceptional in their engagement, their helpfulness, and their personable demeanors. Our room was great with one of the best showers we've experienced in many trips to NYC (pressure is everything). Location and proximity to Times Square and subway access was perfect. We only have ONE complaint, and to be clear we...
