"I didn’t catch the name of the person who checked us in (he’s been there 18 years), but he was a terrific introduction to the hotel — friendly, open, and offering all the best of New York. The room was clean, and it is sooooo close to so many theaters, the Morgan Library, Bryant Park and the New York Public Library. Will stay here again. "
"Room was extremely tiny (not a lot of space for two pieces of luggage) but it was clean and efficient. There wasn't an actual bathroom, just a door for the shower and a door for the toilet, so not a lot of privacy for changing, but again if you're fine with that then it's perfect! Not in NYC to spend time in the room anyway."
