"The big made gentleman who does the night shift is rude, lazy and unhelpful. He seems to make the guests feel that it’s his property and guests are staying free. Needs to learn customer service and sensitivity "

"The property is high up into the mountains and it took about 48 minutes to get there The place was super clean and in great shape. The only issue was the toilet didn’t work great and they tried to repair it. The people in the area are very nice and you always feel safe. Other than the long drive into the mountains it was a nice place to stay. "

"Our room had a moldy smell and dampness, a humidifier is needed. Also guest cannot control the a/c have to wait on management. Did not include basic hotel item. The bed was not comfortable and bedding looked old. Need better door locks."
