"Best rental so far!! My husband and I were in the Denver area to visit family and attend events at Red Rocks and Empower Field at Mile High. The location was perfect and central to everything in the area. Great hosts, beautifully decorated apartment, comfortable bed (huge +) fully stocked kitchen and bath. "We had a great stay in Denver. Owners of the building were very nice. The location of the apartment was excellent. There are a ton of great restaurants and bars within walking distance and many more just 5-10 minutes away on a bike/scooter/car. This unit is in the basement so you will hear the owners and their dogs walking on occasion, but we did not find it to be obnoxious. "I loved this apartment. It is a very well decorated basement. It did not feel like a basement. Everything you need is there. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped. Every morning I had coffee across the street at St Mark’s and was able to walk to my son’s apartment nearby. I highly recommend staying here."
