"It was modern with touches of vintage furniture pieces. Spacious, clean, light, airy, quite and a bath room with a large walk-in shower. The bonus was the washer & dryer! Very close to restaurants, pubs & and an open space trail. I highly recommend!"

"Spacious and impeccable two-bedroom with all the amenities needed for my week to be close to granddaughters who came for a sleepover in the bunk beds. Lovely reading corner in dining room plus huge sectional in living room to watch cartoons or snuggle up. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was super clean. Loved having coffee on patio listening to birds. Very quiet neighborhood w hiking trails nearby. Will stay again!"

"Everything was good. Only thing I didn’t like was the garage to the apartment is used to store cleaning supplies. You don’t know when they will show up and go inside the garage. It would just be nice if that was listed in the listing."

"The location was great for us as a hub. We traveled north, west and south all at about an hour drive. Excellent loft. A few things to know, but didn’t really bother us. Homeless community across the street that was not a bother, just to be aware. There are more than enough cameras/ring around to deter any anything bad happening. "Convenient location for access to downtown Denver, Fort Collins, Golden etc, in quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean, and well stocked. Rigo is extremely accommodating and helpful. Great to be sit outside with beautiful morning sun exposure."

"My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying at this vrbo! It was very clean. Only complaint is that it’s next to an event/wedding venue center so it was loud that night and all the parking was taken in front of the vrbo. Reserved parking would be great."
