Was treated very well. Rooms were alright and complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Good location not too far from downtown and the receptionist Lexi was wonderful during my stay. Would recommend.

Slow check in. Corridors look worn and somewhat haphazard. Entrance doors around the hotel don't work... must come through the front entrance. Room looks nice, but could use a small table. Otherwise, nice room. Bed could use a light blanket, as a comforter is too heavy for summer use.

The hotel was in an industrial area. Arriving at night felt a little sketchy. Once inside the staff assured us the area is very safe it’s just industrial. The hotel was huge. Had LVP flooring throughout which is always nice and clean. The room was huge, the king bed and pillows were super comfy. Sadly there was a strong aroma of stale cigarette smoke. For a quick sleepover it was great.

Nothing that was advertised by Expedia or the hotel was true. There were no bar or restaurant facilities, the pool and jacuzzi were just holes in the ground filled with dirt, the hotel was not in proximity to any of the restaurants, venues, or transportation stations that were stated in the description. We had no choice but to leave and find a new place to stay. Feel the description of this property was a complete falsehood.

Lack security I was able to get in an open door all the way to the bank with plaza hotel no clear signs where to check in .Fromt desk was rude that construction is going on but it’s 5:30 pm on Saturdays.Before me there’s at least 2 customers trying to cance their reservation too .

This is a zero frills budget hotel. The photos are old and misleading showing the hotel in better condition that it currently is in. The pool is permanently closed, there is no working restaurant or bar. The breakfast is as bare bones as you could possible make it and still call it a breakfast. They put car air fresheners in the AC units to make the rooms smell “nice”. The water from the pipes is not what I’d call clean. The elevator reminded me of a scene from the movie Saw. But if you need a cheap place to stay near downtown Denver it’s not the worst option. My bedding was clean, the internet and cable TV worked. The toilet flushed, the shower worked fine and the towels were clean. It’s just not a nice hotel by any means and shouldn’t be confused as one on Expedia or any other site.

This looks like at one time was a very nice hotel. It now has conference rooms full of carpet, chairs and other “things.” Fitness room is empty with an old water fountain on the floor. No restaurant at all. Good price but needs a big face lift.
