"I wanted the location close to the Venice Bienale venues and this was the only seemingly affordable decent option. It was close to the Giardini and there were good food options nearby. It wasn't easy to find.But no in-house coffee or breakfast service. Room was old, but clean. The mosquitos were horrible. Opened windows because room was very stuffy--my mistake!! "It was our first Venice trip, and we are so happy we booked this place, amazing experience, beautiful island. 20 mins boat to Venice Mainland, and the boats run every 45 min. The hotel staff is very friendly. Food is fresh from the local farms. Highly recommend it!"
