"The room was clean but outdated. There were dents on the floor that was covered with carpets. The initial room assigned to us was in a dark-lit narrow hallways that can be accessed by going through elevator to 2nd floor then go down the stairs to reach to 1st floor😳. And I have mosquito bites in that room so we asked for another room. They gave us another room the next day but Luka ( front desk man) said to evacuate the room immediately.
