The rooms were clean and the staff was beyond helpful. Getting around via public transportation was easy and convenient."
"There was no wifi as advertised. I asked like 100 times and receptionist kept saying “I told the manager to fix the internet” but nothing happened. I had to buy a SIM card to connect to internet and I filed a complaint at the hotel asking for a refund part of what I paid. I chose this hotel because it’s close to the airport and it has wifi and tv. Tv also doesn’t work and they said that’s because there is no internet."
"L'hôtel est situé loin de la gare de Venise (à environ 30-40 mins de marche). De plus, lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour faire le check-in, l'employé nous a mentionné qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre et nous a déplacés vers un autre hôtel à quelques minutes de marche. Dans l'autre hôtel, les chambres étaient vieilles. De plus, il n'y avait pas de coffre-fort ni de petit réfrigérateur. Le petit déjeuner était offert au besoin."
