The hotel is in a good location for getting to the water taxis and there are many stores and and restaurants close by. The room is well worn with tattered curtains and we could feel the springs in the bed while laying down. The shower is not the most convenient either. Breakfast was ok, not recommended for those with milk allergies as there isn't much to choose from.

Room clean apart from not a fan if bed throws that not sure they been washed every time. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave advice on travel to aurport. Down sude was room had nothing for travellers teavelled all day no water, no tea coffee making facilities

The hotel is only 3-4 minutes walk from the water bus stop. It is very good location for tourists, but no elevator. It’s quite difficult to carry up the heavy luggage to the room.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few short minutes from the San Vaccaria water bus station and also next to a lovely strip of restaurants and bars. The only negative is that the hotel is a little tired looking and breakfast choices were limited but i would still book again.

Location was absolutely perfect and the hotel was charming. It’s an older hotel without a lobby, no elevator which is expected in an older building, but the rooms are cozy. For a night or 2 it’s a good value comparable to other hotels on the island. It served the purpose and the trip was enjoyable.

Small hotel in an excellent location near St. Mark's Square. I stayed in the hotel's other building in a nice, clean room with a private terrace overlooking a canal! Helpful and friendly staff, but no lobby and very basic breakfast.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the only amenity and that was bad with just cereal, day old croissants and yogurt to eat. Good espresso and cappuccino. The biggest problem was the noise. Our room was just above several restaurants which were very busy until midnight. It might have been ok if we could have turned on the ac and shut the windows, but they don't switch the system on until May.

Pros: Staff was nice and location was good. Cons: Air conditioning either wasn’t on or didn’t work, it was actually blowing HOT air into the room. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was still dirty. Shower was one tiny head that half worked as the rest of the water ran out the bottom. Place is rundown to say the least. Overall, it looks as most hotels are on the rundown side, but if you can spend an extra $50-100 for a nicer place… I would do so.
