"The property was pretty basic … no fridge or kettle in room . I like to drink hot tea or coffee first thing in the morning. I’ve never stayed in Italy so I don’t know if this is normal or not to supply these things . To buy coffee in italy it’s horrible I don’t think they use hot water . The room was cleaned everyday with clean sheets and towels in the shower room ."

"My wife and I were in town for 5 nights and wanted to visit the sites. What a great spot! It felt like the rooms had recently been renovated. Very clean and amazing service. Mary is the best. Helped us with dinner reservations and pick up locations for tours. Very safe neighborhood as we walked everywhere, including colosseum, trevi fountain, spanish steps. "We got the quadruple room at the hotel. Room was right next to the street and there was traffic noise throughout the night. It was like sleeping on the street. For A/c you have to pay extra. For towel change pay extra. Free Wi-Fi wasn't working and the staff said there was no plan to fix it. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences. There was virtually no space in the shower to hang the towel. it was so small. Same with the washroom. I don't think a large person would be able to turn around....
