"There’s a taxi stand right across the street, which was great, especially because this property won’t order you a taxi since they offer their own shuttle for hire (70 for airport drop off vs a taxi which is 50). "The room and facilities were very nice. Good location. Getting into the room was a puzzle, and I usually feel confident in this area. The concierge was helpful with the doors, but when we needed help because the air conditioning was not on, we had to wait 12 hours to get assistance. Good costumer service , i booked one of the room with private bathroom but outside the room ( i did not realized that ) which i did not like it but it was my fault.
