"Great hotel with a friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Would have been nice to have use of the rooftop area."

"The breakfast choices were expansive - including all they could think of to please foreign travelers- however, the eggs were always cold and the pastries were lacking. I would have loved to have had a legit buttery cornetto instead of a soft bready thing that looked like a croissant. But that is the only complaint I can come up with. The staff was fabulous and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and we loved having aperitivo on the rooftop bar."

"Very good service and generous."

"There was a random exercise bike in our room. Extremely weird. One night stay and we didn’t want to take the time to change rooms. Hotel was ok, but paid way too much. This is a 3 star at the most hotel."

"Wonderful hotel in a great location in Rome. Close to Roma Termini rail station and the Metro. Quiet and lovely common areas. Nice restaurant with breakfast buffet included. Nice Live Music at night. Advertised with air conditioning but because we were there in late October staff said it was "not season" and thus no AC. "It is a place that almost has everything"

"I had 2 rooms reserved. Everything was excellent, breakfast awesome. The only problem was the air-conditioning of one of the rooms. Of the 5 nights we were there on 3 we had to open the windows at night. Room was 307."

"Perfect location to walk to local attraction. Good sized rooms with all the amenities, cleaners excellent. Able to store luggage on day of departure. Nice area to chill in an evening before bed after a busy day. Great connecting rooms for family, would recommend"

"We loved the terrace breakfasts and late night drinks on the rooftop patio. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating. The central location made getting to/from all the historical sites on foot much easier. We'll book Ruby Hotels in the future. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are super clean and well maintained, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is fantastic, so close to the train station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The showers deserve a special mention: amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water! The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Bathroom small, couldn't sit straight on, only sideways. Roof top area had a private function so couldn't use the bar area. Breakfast ok. Location is good."

"جميل جدا ولاكن سعره مبالغ فيه خاصتا اغلب الاوقات فالخارج وجرا جميل للاستجمام"

"The staff were just lovely and the breakfast was just wonderful. A very clean and organized room."

"Solo tengan paciencia con el elevador. Lo demás es muy bueno."
