"Thank you, Chiara, Matheo, Andreo, for checking in and checking out easy, courteous, and friendly. All staff were super helpful and cheerful. Thanks for offering a good room with a good view. Some soundproofing would be great to install. Otherwise, the hotel was quiet at night, and the guests' rules were in place afterward 11pm. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was fantastic and close to lots of landmarks. I highly recommend this hotel 👍"

"I booked this hotel to be near the airport the night before my flight. When i arrived i was a little concerned due to some negative reviews. However ,Steven on reception, couldn't have been more helpful. He booked my shuttle for the next morning immediately. The next morning the duty receptionist was very courteous too. I had more help with my luggage here than at any of my previous 3 hotels on this trip. The room was clean and contained everything required for a comfortable stay."

Especially the one a street over that advertised an English breakfast. "The only thing negative is I was in a secondary building and my check-in was at night which made it difficult to find the building after receiving my key. However when I returned to the front desk they were most helpful!! When I get to my room it was larger than I anticipated and spotless! Shower was great and bed was very nice. Given the location to the Termini Station I would not hesitate to stay here again!"
