The lights in the bedroom were annoying. You couldn’t turn them off without taking the card out and turning out the bathroom lights also. The lights worked much better in the rooms I had earlier in my stay. . "

"The Hotel is beautiful! The Staff were ALL incredible! They made me feel welcome and at home in Rome. The Narducci Spa was definitely a wonderful experience. Rooftop lounge is a relaxing place to hang out and have an aperitivo and appetizer. Again, I cannot say enough about the hardworking staff who were so attentive and fun. I will never forget my experience or The Aleph Hotel! AMORE'! "

The Wine as listed,for which we waited 15 minutes, come before we were told it was unavailable.We asked if lobster on the menu was available and assured it was. We waited twenty minutes before being told it was not as well as the mushroom dish on the menu.Apart from the starter the rest of the meal was inedible as it lacked presentation and was overcooked.
