Location was within walking distance of the train station and close enough to what we wanted to see. Air conditioning is extra. Rome city tax not included in the price. Laundry is 12 euros per 5 kg, returned within 24 hours. Mattress and pillows similar to memory foam. Place was very clean. Similar to a hostel or low budget hotel. Some rooms have a shared bathroom. Towels are changed every 5 days unless you pay a small fee. No facial cloths available. Hair dryer in bath room. No real common area - small desk with electric kettle. Entire building is not the hotel. On the 5th floor, but there is small lift, works great!! Would stay here again.

I booked a last minute room which was a triple. I was hoping for a full size bed and a twin, but I got 3 twin size beds. Felt more like a hostel/ dorm than a hotel room. A bit pricey for what you get, as well. Not the end of the world and I had to make do. The place was very clean and had a private bathroom, which was a plus. The downside, it's a bit noisey and the room doors close hard. Also, there are rooms that share a bathroom and that gets noisey with different people going in and out of their rooms as well as in and out of the communal bathroom. The plus, it is very close to the train station for those train travelers.

The room was spacious for two people. We reserved the room with two twin beds. The shared bathroom was very spacious and clean. It was a good place to stay for one night. Check-in was quick and easy. It was close to the train station and had a nice restaurant close by as well as a few shops.

Cheap place to stay close to everything. The A/C wasn’t on for us which was a bummer but we managed without. It’s not the ritz but it’s a safe place to leave your bags while you explore rome, to wash up at the end of the day, and to lay your head.

Really nice location close to the main Rome terminal. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There were two shared bathrooms that were also very clean. Only suggestion I would make is to have an indicator on the bathrooms if the door is locked and in use. Only a short 25min walk to the colosseum and many other beautiful attractions.

We felt safe. The room and linens were clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. I didn’t realize it was a 1 star hotel when I booked it. The cost was more than I would expect for a 1 star hotel but we were comfortable and the bar next door made good coffee.

This place shouldn’t be listed as a Hotel. The lady who is in charge of it is very nice and helpful, but is not a hotel is a hostal. I book 4 nights at this place, it was until a few days before when I noticed that our reservation was for a room with share bathroom, when we got to the “Hotel “ we were so lucky when the lady told us that we were getting a room with our own bathroom. The location is perfect, is very close to de Via Nazionale, Piazza della Repubblic, Basilica Santa Maria and Termini Station. We payed 10 € extra per night to be able to have AC .
