"Our stay was just fine for what we needed. Plenty of room which I loved. Especially 2 bathrooms so the kids had their own. Not much water pressure and the water would turn cold sometimes during shower. On the morning we were leaving we did see a roach on the couch. The floors are warped and unlevel. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...
