"We stayed for 4 days and never got our room cleaned. Not once. We called multiple times and were told to give a time for cleaning, which we did, and still never came in the room. Garbage was overflowing, no towels, no toilet paper! When going to desk at night and ask for waters we were told these aren’t for guests? A whole pack of water and can’t give to guests? He ended up giving us a couple along with his attitude, I guess because we asked for water. We would not be back to this hotel that’s for sure. The only positive was the restaurant “Lavender” which they staff was wonderful and pleasant to talk to. We would go back for dinner and drinks but will be staying at another hotel for sure. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. We have traveled for years and this was the first time experiencing anything like this!"

"Big shout out to Theresa at the front desk. So friendly and helpful!! She managed our room change (hotel’s, not ours) so that there was no delay in the move since we had our dogs with us. She went above and beyond and was ALWAYS smiling! And she had the same demeanor with all the guests - what an absolute gem!! Can’t wait to stay here again! Theresa deserves a raise!!!"

"Great location! Close to everything, nice bar in the lobby. What we did not like is 3 elevators only one worked consistently. Construction going on, just caused more noise, hard to get through hallways, and issues getting cars through valet because of the construction staff trucks."

"The worst part about the whole thing was staff/customer service. My first time staying at this location. Vallet was a mess noone really telling you what to do. Check in was not very friendly. Did not explain amenities. Just got a vibe of give us your money and here is your room key. The main thing this place has is location being right on river walk. For the cost I paid I would not stay here again."

"This was my 3rd time staying at Riverside Inn. I love how it’s walking distance to everything. The rooms are confiable with a great view. The in house restaurant was excellent. Front desk staff and valet were very helpful. We took advantage of the happy hour on the porch. It’s the best place to stay in Savannah."

"Room initially given to us had some smell. Requested to switch room and the staff helped us with the request and moved to a different room. However the hotel itself did not feel like a 4 star. It was at best 3 stars. Location is good. Does not include self parking, although plenty of nearby street parking some of which are paid during daytime. "
