"We loved the hotel, truly wanted the second floor balcony but it wasn't avail, however our room was amazing none the less! Very clean, spacious, comfy bed, love the armoire for our clothes with robes! Our only disappointment was a perk of this booking was the 5-630 reception we looked forward to.....apparently they have new ownership and "do not have a liquor license yet" so no wine, just some charcuterie and soda....but there is a bar you can pay for your own drinks ....so much for that perk. There was live entertainment that was great and we enjoyed the whole time! Morning breakfast included is nice as well! We will def return as we love the walkable location and historical charm of the building. Staff all very nice! DEF an older crowd there overall (65 plus) which we were just fine with (we are in our 50s)!"

"Great central location convenient & walkable to much of the historic city & restaurants. It is clean & helpful staff with a parking manager onsite to park & care for your vehicle while you’re visiting. Our room was on the river side affording us the views & busy port traffic; container cargo ships, tug boats, leisure craft etc., very nice. However, the front or street side can be equally nice just different. Interior decor expresses history capturing the city’s character. Nice venue."

"Great hotel in perfect location. River streets too touristy. This hotel is an oasis near everything. And such a helpful staff. Coffee in the morning is free in the lobby bar if you don’t order a special coffee!!!"
